A non-refundable retainer books your date. The balance is due before pickup. Cancelling does not refund the retainer, because ingredients are bought ahead. Everything is baked in a home kitchen that also handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of a given allergen. We may photograph the finished cake.
